June 11, 2021: Trento’s sunshine warmly welcomed the crews of the 2021 edition of Stella Alpina, which came from Italy and abroad for finally starting the regularity rally onboard of their wonderful historic cars. It has been a long wait before starting again the engines of passion but also this year Canossa Events and Scuderia Trentina organized the 36th historical reenactment of the event. Thus, the driving experience nestled in the natural beauty of the Dolomites, with breath-taking landscapes, adrenaline-filled hairpin bends, average speed trials and regularity trials together with relax and gourmand moment just kicked off.
After the registration and scrutineering process at G. Caproni Airport, the cars crossed the starting line in the central Via Manci, in the city centre of Trento. Along the wonderful road from Trento to Andalo, the crews crossed the town of Mozzolombardo, known for its gorgeous vineyards, and the evocative Belfort Castle. The green valleys were the background of the roadtrip on board of the four-wheeled historic jewels. After a quick stopover in Andalo, the crews reached Molveno and run alongside the green waters of Molveno’s Lake. The first leg ended in the iconic Madonna di Campiglio, where the crews will overnight during the driving experience.
