On occasion of the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival, participants of the Canossa Fall Rally Chattanooga will engage in a two-day scenic road rally across rolling hills, past dramatic rock formations and waterfalls. Crews will be treated to spectacular panoramic views along twisting and undulating roads through National Forests, while enjoying the camaraderie of their fellow Rally participants. Over the course of two days, drivers will traverse Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia: three states each offering their own special natural wonders, atmosphere and suggestive landscapes.
On the journey, various territories will be explored, starting with the lush Ocoee River and Lake Ocoee region, crossing into North Carolina and the Nantahala National Forest. Day one will culminate in the charming town of Highlands, famous for exquisite restaurants, antique dealers and several buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Day two, starting from the Chattanooga Valley, will bring participants to discover the Lookout Mountain and continue across the Peach State, Georgia. From here participants will reach Alabama and return to Tennessee in order to enjoy the beautiful vistas of the Tennessee River, the largest tributary of the Ohio River. Crews will take a short drive to the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival race-track for a celebratory lap, cheered on by the race crowd and Festival attendees. The checkered flag will conclude this year’s Fall Rally in partnership with our friends at the Chattanooga Motor Car Festival.
