For how many people is the indicated rate?
The rates on our website are valid for one person sharing a standard double room based on double occupancy, breakfast included. It is indeed calculated considering the participation of a crew of two people sharing a car.
For how long can I take advantage of the Early Bird offer?
You can take advantage of the Early Bird offer by booking up to 60 days before the starting date of the Tour.
Until when is the Regular rate applied?
The Regular rate is effective by booking from 60 to 15 days before the starting date of the Tour.
When is the Last Call rate applied?
The Last Call rate is applied to registrations received within 15 days prior to the starting date of the Tour.
Until when can I book one of your tours?
Approximately up to 3 days before the starting date of the Tour, subject to availability.

Is it possible to get a discount on your packages?

I cannot take part to the Tour. Which is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the starting date of the tour, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fee.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the Tour starting date, 50% of the registration fee will be retained.
In the event that the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the scheduled departure, 90% of the fee will be retained.
The Italian Government (or the Government of the foreign country you come from) has introduced an official measure to contain the infection and it is no longer possible to travel. What happens to my booking?
If you made a reservation for a Tour but the Government has imposed official measures to contain the infection, which do not allow the Tour to take place, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
The global pandemic situation does not tempt me to join the Tour at this time. What happens to my booking?
If there is no Italian (or your country’s) official measure in force to limit travels and you are not affected by Covid-19, but you do not feel safe traveling, contact our Customer Care at email@example.com.
