The Canossa team manages every aspect of the event guiding participants through their experience: from hotel accommodation to travel logistics during the event including luggage handling; from back-end documentation requested for activities to special requests such as dietary considerations; our team will assist at anytime and anywhere during the event. Maintaining the privacy of each participant is a given.
Every team member holds excellent skills in reacting quickly to any unexpected request or situation thus satisfying customer expectations.
Our Customer Care Specialists will communicate with each participant starting with the registration process and maintain daily communication to ensure all needs are met.
Amongst the Canossa Team we have fluency in English, French, Spanish, German and of course Italian.
We frequently support our participants with interpreters for any needs.
