No wonder! Women have now joined men even in the traditional male domain of motorsports. This is confirmed by the all-female roundtable of March 8 at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Racetrack in Imola. The event is organized by the Municipality of Imola in collaboration with the Autodromo, UNIBO, Muner Motorvehicle University, Motor Valley, Città dei Motori, as well as the Emilia-Romagna Region, Metropolitan City of Bologna and Confindustria.
Canossa Events will be represented by Claire Dumon, assistant to President and CEO Luigi Orlandini, and HR manager Paola Fontana. Their testimony will focus on the practical case of Canossa Events, a company that organizes over 250 automotive events worldwide each year and whose staff, up to the highest positions, is predominantly female.
Paola and Claire convey a message based on Canossa’s operational reality: “Our market positioning is to offer excellence for every detail of each event. Canossa’s decades-long experience has proven that the female perspective, during events that require a thousand attentions to ensure promised satisfaction, allows for effective management of the ordinary and, above all, the ability to calmly and efficiently deal with the unexpected. A plus that consistently translates into success.”
An interesting confirmation that comes from facts. Winning teams need the right people in the right positions. At Canossa, people are chosen for this reason alone.
