Modena Cento Ore 2022: Get ready for a new racing adventure!

OCTOBER 2ND-7TH - The 22nd edition of Modena Cento Ore is about to begin. The competition will be tight, with challenging races across the iconic tracks of Misano and Mugello and a whopping 11 special stages on closed roads. The exquisite Italian scenery and hospitality will be the cherry on top.

Roughly 100 crews from all over the world have signed up for the 2022 edition of Modena Cento Ore – drivers from more than 17 countries are ready to explore Italy, the ‘Bel Paese’. The race will set off in Milano Marittima, in the vibrant Romagna Riviera, it will then move on to Florence, cradle of the Italian Renaissance, and it will come to an exciting end in Modena, birthplace of some of the most powerful engines of the world. There, participants will be able to show off their cars and attend the award ceremony in Piazza Grande, the UNESCO World Heritage Site which also includes the romantic Ghirlandina bell tower.

The 2022 edition’s highlights are certainly the dynamic tracks, the heart-pumping, palpable feeling of competition, and the outstanding performances of the competing cars. But many more good things await participants: every hundredth of second will count in Misano and Mugello, legendary tracks and current circuits of the MotoGP World Championship, and the closed road special stages will twist and turn across the Appennine Mountains.

The Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, designed in 1969 and opened in 1972, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. With its 4,226 square meters in length and 16 corners, the track will dare racers to give their best on Tuesday, October 4th, for what is sure to be a show. Racers will test their skills again at the Mugello Circuit the following day, October 5th, another racing gem owned by Ferrari and boasting a 5,245-meter-long track and 15 corners.

Starting in Milano Marittima and finishing in Modena, Modena Cento Ore’s main stops this year will be the following:

  • Monday, October 3rd: Cervia, Pieve Santo Stefano, Bibbiena, Pratovecchio Stia, Reggello, San Godenzo, Forlì, Milano Marittima;
